DECLARATION ABOUT OVERDUE CLASSIFIED LIABILITY & MORTGAGE

Dear Sir,
With due respect, we (the Board of Directors of St. Martin Corporation, hereinafter called St. Martin BOD) stated that St. Martin Corporation Reg. No. CH-483A, Reg. Date: 14-Mar-1990, registered office, CHITTAGONG, and corporate office at Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212, and Head Office at Chattogram, Bangladesh.
We (the Board of Directors of St. Martin Corporation, hereinafter called St. Martin Corporation BOD) hereby proclaim that St. Martin Corporation has/had no overdue classified liability or mortgage with any scheduled bank or non-bank financial institution as sole obligor/joint obligor/guarantor in its own company name in the past.
We affirm that the above statement is absolutely true and correct, and we have never tried to conceal or misrepresent any fact about St. Martin Corporation’s liabilities to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC)
Further, any bank or financial institution claims about the overdue, long-pending liability & mortgage by true documents/legal documents in the future, St. Martin Corporation must respond/be obligated to meet up immediately, and St. Martin Corporation must comply (submit a report) with the RJSC the same.
In this case, RJSC shall not be held liable if any other party suffers financial loss due to wrong information provided by AKK, and if there is a future liability, it will be obliged to pay it by St. Martin Corporation.
By this document, guaranteeing that payments have been made in the past, the payment of all future liabilities of St. Martin Corporation is guaranteed.
The declaration was made by the Board of Directors of St. Martin Corporation on 26.01.2025, at Batali Hills, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
